Our Story...
Levenvale Farm was one of the original dairy farms of Bellingen, spanning the banks of Hydes Creek. At its peak, there were 200 milking cows roaming these pastures, with 100 acres of cultivation, pigs and a busy dairy, producing up to 1 million litres of milk annually. In 2019 Sam and Georgina Baker became the stewards of the now 500 acres of Levenvale Farm, converting it from dairy farm to organic beef cattle and have dedicated their time to revitalising the soil for small-scale, nutrient dense food production.
Through education, community and collaboration, we are creating a model to reconnect the way we farm, eat and live.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay! The cabin is warm and cosy with plenty of space (much more than I expected). The outdoor amenities are quite close, very clean and easy to use. The views are spectacular! I usually take a little to unwind on a holiday but I felt instantly relaxed taking in the fresh country air and beautiful mountain views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
We recently celebrated our wedding at Levenvale Farm. Everything was incredible from the preplanning, the day itself, and the ease of pack up the following day. The backdrop of the beautiful mountains made for a spectacular day! Georgina was so helpful and had lots of suggestions to make the day go smoothly. My husband adds, "bloody legends, I'd use them again" 😉
Our family had a great stop at Bickell's hut. Our sleep was restful and we loved waking up to the gorgeous valley view. Georgina's farm was very close to Bellingen. She has a good toilet, shower and camp kitchen set up within a short walk of the huts.
Staying on Levenvale Farm was a serene escape, the breathtaking views provided a picturesque backdrop for a peaceful weekend getaway. The camp kitchen was a handy amenity, perfect for recharging your phone (full phone service on the farm which was handy) and whipping up a meal if desired. Close to town allowing easy access to Bellingen's tasty restaurants - Fiume and Three Blue Ducks were definite highlights! Our kids had a blast, making it a memorable family retreat. Thanks for having us!
Beautiful views across rolling hills and cute cows, huge paddock to ourselves, easy access, clean toilet with an amazing view! Would recommend!
