Understanding our produce harvest & cycles

BELLO BEEF - Our cattle are processed every 1-2 weeks, and our dedicated butcher is cutting up Bello Beef every day of the week. Fresh beef is available for Pick Up only (if you specifically request when placing an order). All other cuts are frozen and we pack & dispatch orders every week.

THE PATCH ORGANICS - Chickens are processed every 4 weeks. Chicken is available fresh the same week of processing (local pick up only) or frozen for all deliveries and the remainder of the month. Check here to know when the next fresh harvest of organic and pasture-raised chicken will be. 

DOUBLE DELIVERY FEE- When you order from Levenvale Farm, you may be ordering from three different farming businesses; Bello Beef, The Patch Organics Chicken and Veggies, or Rachel's Farm Regenerative Beef. This is what we call a "hybrid" order and you will be charged double shipping fees. We share storage facilities so if we can consolidate your order we will and in these cases, we will refund you one of the delivery charges.

BELLINGEN - The Bello Beef Van delivers to all Bellingen addresses every Monday

COFFS COAST - Our delivery partner, Bello Food Box, covers the entire Coffs Coast region, delivering weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Click here to visit their website for where and when. **PLEASE NOTE some areas are only serviced by a centralised HUB, which means you may have to go and collect your Box when they send you a text.

ALL OTHER AREAS - The rest of Australia is serviced by our NATIONAL courier partner EVERY WEEK covering 96.2% of Australian postcodes. We dispatch every Tuesday, via Sydney and then onwards to all other capital & major cities and many rural towns. It takes 3-7 days from dispatch depending on what state you live in (and stays frozen).

LEVENVALE FARM SHOP (Hydes Creek, Bellingen)
24/7 - Self-serve anytime - orders are transferred from the Butchery weekly on a Monday. Collect your order anytime from Tuesday.

Delivery Responsibility Policy:

At Bello Beef, we take great care in preparing and dispatching your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, please read the following carefully to understand the scope of our responsibility regarding delivery:

  1. Point of Responsibility Transfer:
    Our responsibility for your order ends once the package is handed over to the courier service for delivery.
  2. Tracking and Courier Communication:
    Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please ensure you check your email (including spam/junk folders) for this important update.
    If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
  3. Delivery Issues Beyond Our Control:
    Bello Beef is not responsible for any delivery delays, losses, or damages that occur once the order is with the courier. This includes but is not limited to delays caused by courier logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Accuracy of Delivery Information:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including address and mobile phone number.
    Bello Beef is not liable for failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  5. Missed Deliveries and Re-delivery:
    If a delivery attempt fails, the package may be returned to Bello Beef.
    Customers are responsible for contacting us to arrange re-delivery or alternative pick-up options.
    If no communication is made within five (5) business days after a failed delivery attempt, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
  6. Customer Availability:
    Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window to receive your order.
