It is a complete protein-dense meat, contains trace amounts of Omega 3 & 6, is high in Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, and also contains Vitamin B2, B5, B3, B1, C and Vitamin E as well as small amounts of Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D. Chicken Liver also offers a good range of Minerals including Selenium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc and Copper to name just a few.
