Organic chicken liver is incredibly nutritious for you. It is a complete protein-dense meat that contains trace amounts of Omega 3 & 6; it is high in Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, and also contains Vitamin B2, B5, B3, B1, C and Vitamin E as well as small amounts of Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D. Chicken Liver also offers a good range of Minerals including Selenium, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc and Copper to name just a few.

A key ingredient in Pate, or sauteed slowly with onion, garlic and red wine on a pan over crusty sourdough bread, our chicken livers are simply delicious.

Sold at $20/kg, each unit comes in approximately 500g bags.
