Are you seeking an alternative to factory farming and unsustainable food practices? Are you looking to connect with your food holistically for the entire life cycle? This 1-day workshop is aimed at hunters looking to haul out their kill, or livestock owners that may need to kill and process an animal on their farm. Aimed at those who want to take full responsibility for their animals and ethically source their food.

This workshop seeks to increase your skills and confidence in backyard butchery for your own consumption using simple home tools.

Any individuals who join the course must be fully aware of what will be involved and committed to the concept of home slaughtering.
