The porterhouse is a cut from the T-bone steak and comes from the short loin of the animal. Perfect for pan-frying or chucking on the BBQ. Season well, cook on a hot BBQ grill & rest for 10 minutes.

There are generally 2 steaks per pack.

We're looking out for the environment and future generations, so we use no vaccines, hormones or antibiotics on our cattle. We also NEVER EVER use grains or other supplements to feed our cattle.

All of our produce comes frozen as we use no preservatives or gas when packaging.

Bello Beef is packed frozen (unless specifically ordered to receive fresh) grown on a\ certified organic and biodynamic "Levenvale Farm" in Bellingen, NSW from beef cattle generally female, aged 24-36 months old; vaccine, hormone and antibiotic-free; grass-fed and grass-finished on chemical-free pasture; we never supplement with grain from Angus and Angus Cross breeds.
