Our organic, grass-fed Rib on the Bone is cut to order.

Coming from the Rib primal, this is one of the finest cuts of the animal and loved by diners worldwide. Luxurious, marbled and melt in your mouth deliciousness. Because it’s left on the bone, there’s a greater depth of flavour due to the marrow and other substances from the bones adding to the meat during the cooking process. Although bone-in cuts do take longer to cook, it is well worth the wait for a more succulent and juicy cut of meat

The Rib on the Bone without the Bone is called the Scotch Fillet.

Seared & then baked in the oven is the way to serve this perfect cut.

Bello Beef is packed frozen (unless specifically ordered to receive fresh) grown on a\ certified organic and biodynamic "Levenvale Farm" in Bellingen, NSW from beef cattle generally female, aged 24-36 months old; vaccine, hormone and antibiotic-free; grass-fed and grass-finished on chemical-free pasture; we never supplement with grain from Angus and Angus Cross breeds.
