The MOST impressive roast you can find, the ultimate rack of beef. The Scotch Fillet Roast, ie  a whole Roast of Rib on the Bone.  Available in two sizes for sharing.

The scotch fillet is found on the back of the animal and runs from the striploin (sirloin) to the chuck. Scotch fillet steaks are usually prepared from a boneless beef rib set but our butcher has left the scotch on the bone so that you can feed the whole tribe with this delicious Rib Roast.

The favourite steak for many, the Scotch is a perfectly marbled & tender cut and perfect for the centre piece , served medium rare!

We're looking out for the environment and future generations, so we use no vaccines, hormones or antibiotics on our cattle. We also NEVER EVER use grains or other supplements to feed our cattle.

All of our produce comes frozen as we use no preservatives or gas when packaging.

Bello Beef is packed frozen (unless specifically ordered to receive fresh) grown on a\ certified organic and biodynamic "Levenvale Farm" in Bellingen, NSW from beef cattle generally female, aged 24-36 months old; vaccine, hormone and antibiotic-free; grass-fed and grass-finished on chemical-free pasture; we never supplement with grain from Angus and Angus Cross breeds.
