STEAK MASTERY - Learn to cut your own steaks
The perfect immersive experience for steak lovers!

Fee includes the class, the BBQ + beer, and the steaks you cut to take home.

Next Class: Friday 29th November
1.00 - 4:00 pm
Bello Beef Butchery
675 Pacific Highway, Korora.

Come behind the scenes, with full transparency of the process and art of Butchery from the master behind the knife, our Bello Beef butcher, Nathan.

From a demonstration of how to cut from the primal down to slicing your own Porterhouse, T-Bone and Rump steaks.

We explain where the different steaks come from, and why they have such differing characteristics. We explain the provenance of our cattle, the how and why we are so passionately farming the way we do.

After the class, enjoy a local beer, BBQ a steak and you get to take home the steaks you cut.

FAQs

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

Most likely, YES! We partner with a third-party courier company that delivers to 96% of Australian addresses. Local deliveries in Bellingen and across the Coffs Coast are handled by our trusted local partners

WHAT SETS BELLO BEEF APART FROM OTHERS LABELED AS "GRASS-FED"?

Bello Beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning our cattle graze solely on pasture without any grain supplementation. This ensures superior taste and quality compared to products labeled as "grass-fed" that may still include grain finishing.
